Start and Finish is in the Recreational Center Bene - Marjan.

Same time for man and woman - at 13:00.

Average sea temperature in August is 23 – 25 degrees Celsius.

Swim Course:
|
2 laps of 750 m (triangle).
|

Bike Course:
|
5 laps of 8km.
Transition zone is on the Road in the front of Recreational Center Bene.
After swiming on the right side is bike course. First 1,3 km take in direction of Institut. At this point is sharp curve and 400m uphill. Folow 1,5km of downhill and then one small uphill. On this point is turn-around on the road and Course is going back to the Transition area. There is again turn-around point and beginning of new lap.

Run Course:

Running course is taking athletes on the left side of the Transition area through the pine Forest. The Course has small tilt.
There will be 4 laps of 2,5 km
|

Limits:
|
End of the Race: 3 hours.
Max duration of swim and bike part together:
2 hours and 15 minutes.
